Amol has nearly two decades of experience in software testing and quality engineering (QE) and has served clients in multiple sectors from Insurance, Non-Profits, Virtualization, Online Backup, Logistics, and Online Training to Wearable Devices.
He joined TechBlocks as a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager in 2021 and has contributed to the company’s growth through building and managing QA teams in an offshore model and geographically distributed teams. Over the years, Amol has been involved in automation testing and can be seen working with different tools like Selenium, TestComplete, and Telerik Test Studio, as well as performance testing tools like JMeter.
He is passionate about training and mentoring his team of quality engineers to help them transition from manual to automation testing within the company, ensuring they are following the latest standards, and providing reviews of their work – almost like quality engineering for quality engineers.
