Manish has more than two decades of experience in the IT services industry and has served clients in multiple sectors solving their business challenges and helping them achieve their business vision by leveraging technologies such as Web/Mobile, Cloud, CRM, E-commerce, BI, and many others.

After working for about five years each at Hughes and HCL Technologies in data center operations and software delivery roles, he joined TechBlocks as a project manager in 2011 and has grown through the ranks to serve as Chief Delivery Officer in the current capacity. Over the years, Manish has been involved in several business functions from PMO, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Account Management to HR and has contributed to the company's growth from less than five employees to a couple of hundred in a short period.

Manish is passionate about delivering business value through Digital Transformation initiatives. He is a trusted partner and advisor for many executive team members of key accounts and often works with them to strategize, build product road maps, define customer experience/user experience, and plan execution details for their strategic program initiatives.

Manish's formal education is in Electronics Engineering, and he holds two master's degrees – a Masters's of Computer Applications(India) and a Master's of Business Administration (Schulich School of Business, Canada) and has multiple technical certifications in the industry.
