Challenges
Our client, one of North America’s largest propane suppliers, serves nearly one million customer locations across the U.S. and Canada. To optimize operations and deliver better customer service, the company needed reliable daily reporting on sensor issues, driver productivity, and delivery volumes. However, their data environment was complex—integrating 20+ tables from multiple sources—and hindered by quality inconsistencies. Managers had to navigate multiple static reports, limiting visibility and slowing decision-making. Users struggled with cumbersome navigation, static report headers, and inefficiencies that undermined productivity and customer satisfaction.

TechBlocks was engaged to transform the reporting ecosystem by consolidating fragmented reports into a single, streamlined Sensor Report built on Power BI Premium:
